MKI Face Vent Assemblies

Faithful reproduction of the original production Zephyr MK IV eyeball assemblies, including the specific aluminum trim bezels.

Eyeballs made of temperature-resistant polycarbonate.

The flexible rubber surround includes the correct felt liner for smooth rotation of the ball.

The metal reducer is deep-drawn as original and modified (shortened) per the original specification.  Tabs are silver-brazed.  Powder-coated for durability. 

It appears that many replica dashes were modified to fit more readily available (and smaller) aftermarket vents.  The openings on original dashes are 3.03" (77mm) diameter.  Dash modification may be necessary.  The aluminum bezel is not meant to protrude, and should be just barely visible within the dash opening.
